Machine Head playing at Mr. Smalls on 2/7/2014
– Earlier in 2014 Robb Flynn decided that Machine Head had to regrettably cancel a previously scheduled tour to put the finishing touches on their newest album, the incredible Bloodstone & Diamonds. After the release of the album and a tour in Europe, Machine Head is back on the road in the US playing an “Evening with Machine Head”…over 2 hours of some of their greatest songs spanning their impressive 20 plus year career. The show was worth the wait as Pittsburgh “Head Cases” came out in full force selling out Mr. Smalls for an intense evening of pure metal. Machine Head has always put on a great show and tonight was no exception. They fed off the energy of the crowd and delivered and amazing performance. The intimate setting of Mr. Smalls coupled with the overflowing energy filling the room made this evening with Machine Head a night to remember.
