In Episode 364 we are joined once again by guitarist John 5. In January John 5 and the Creatures released their first live album, It’s Alive. John talks to us about the interesting circumstances that led to this show being virtually, spontaneously recorded in Sellersville, PA last April at the Sellersville Theatre. We talk about about the precision with which John 5 and the Creatures approach the material, some of the things that make the classic live albums classic, and more. John 5 also announces an upcoming show at the Whiskey A Go-GO on April 6th. John will play with Nikki Sixx, Scott Ian and Sebastian Bach and together they will perform Motely Crue’s classic Shout At The Devil in its entirety. John 5 and the Creatures will be at the Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh, PA on February 15th.
