In Episode 251 of the Iron City Rocks Podcast we are pleased to be joined by Richie Kotzen. Richie has been one of the premier guitarists in rock for more than two decades. He has played with bands such as Mr. Big and Poison and currently is the guitarist and singer for the Winery Dogs. Richie recently released The Essential Richie Kotzen and he was kind enough to sit down with us to talk about many facets of his career including the surprise success of the Winery Dogs, putting together this career spanning double album, his love of the Telecaster, and his growth as a not only a guitarist but as a singer.
